Resistance

ARIWASH 500 is resistant to acids, alkalis, metal salts, oxidation and reduction materials and water hardness salts in general concentrations.

Features

ARIWASH 500 is a special, readily biodegradable cleaning material used in the cleaning of PET flakes. The product has good washing and dissolving power on organic residues and adhesive materials. In addition, thanks to its dispersing agent content, deposits formed in the washing unit are considerably reduced.

ARIWASH 500 has a low foaming property, so it is not necessary to add a defoaming material to reduce foam formation. The product can be combined with a defoamer similar to TURBIFOAM in high turbulence machines.

Dilution Instructions / Application Technique

ARIWASH 500 easily dissolves in hot and cold water.

Application Areas

ARIWASH 500 is used for washing PET flakes. For washing units with high cleaning power, generally only caustic soda addition may be required. It is SUITABLE for highly contaminated PET flakes, for washing units with low cleaning power and/or for adhesive materials that are difficult to remove.

Recipe Recommendation

The application amount of ARIWASH 500 depends on the degree of contamination of the PET flakes and the properties of the adhesive materials. The application amount may also vary according to the machine type. General recipe recommendation:
